Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno, a partner at Connell Foley, leads the discussion for the NAIOP Industry Insights panel “The C-Suite Perspective on How HR Drives CRE Decisions” on June 12, 2019 at Maritime Parc in Jersey City. The panel will discuss how companies are aligning work force decisions with work space decisions, and what factors (talent pool, transportation, technology, amenities, etc.) drive them to choose certain areas in New Jersey.
