Daniel Kessler, a partner in Connell Foley's Taxation and Estate Planning Group presents "Basics of International Income Taxation for Individuals and Trusts - Understanding the Big Picture for NRA's and Foreign Non-Grantor Trusts," at the AICPA 2018 Engage Conference on June 14, 2018. Daniel's session will give a broad overview of U.S. international income tax system and its applicability to individuals and trusts, issues relevant to foreign clients who have assets in the U.S. or U.S. donees/beneficiaries, foreign trusts and how they are taxed by the U.S., as well as various other income tax issues with foreign nexus.
