Michael X. McBride, Chair of Connell Foley's Construction Law Group, is serving as program chairman for New Jersey Alliance for Action's webinar "Public-Private Partnerships - The Future."
As described in Connell Foley's blog post "New Jersey Passes Public-Private Partnership Regulations," New Jersey recently approved the regulations needed to implement the state's Public Private Partnership (P3) statutes. The regulations outline steps that will allow schools, local, state and other agencies to enter into P3 agreements. This virtual event will feature a keynote presentation by New Jersey Assistant Treasurer Jennifer Keyes-Maloney, and two panels: "The Impact of Encouraging P3's on Government Owned Energy Infrastructure Projects" and "P3's Are Working in New Jersey and Should Be Encouraged."
