Patricia Lee, Chair of Connell Foley's ERISA and Benefit Plan Litigation Group and a partner in the firm's class action defense practice, presents alongside an appellate division judge, a former state court judge and a panel of class action lawyers at the "Class Action Playbook" program hosted by New Jersey State Bar Association's (NJSBA) Class Actions Special Committee/New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on Thursday, October 17, 2019. Patti presents "When and How to Handle Settlement Discussions," which will cover dealing with prior and subsequent filings, settlement proceedings, handling opt-out issues and procedures for paying class members.
