Steve Barnett, a partner in Connell Foley’s Environmental Law Group, is a panelist at the NJBIA program “A Crash Course in OSHA,” which will be held on March 24, 2017 at iPlay America, LLC in Freehold, NJ. This seminar will provide an overview of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration/Act (OSHA), including discussing how an organization may reduce its exposure to violations, and how to develop written safety plans and policies.
