Members of the largest financial institutions in the United States are gathering in Washington, DC on August 7-8, 2012 for the Financial Services Roundtable event on fraud. Christopher J. Tucci, the sole lawyer invited to speak at the conference, has been asked to present on several legal issues involving fraud and financial institutions. He will discuss best practices for handling fraud claims and litigation filed against financial institutions and will present his statistical analysis for settling these claims.
