Connell Foley Chairs 10th Annual Jersey City Summit

Connell Foley LLP will play a major role in the 2025 Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment on May 15 at Harborside 1.

The summit brings together leaders in the real estate industry from all over the tri-state area. It’s intended to help accelerate investment in and collaboration on the region’s leading real estate projects, programs, and initiatives.

James McCann, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use Group, will chair the event and moderate a session on Mixed-Use and Retail & Placemaking. Nevins McCann, Co-Chair of the Real Estate & Land Use Group, will also moderate sessions featuring remarks from Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop and New Jersey Governor Philip Murphy. 

More than 1,200 real estate principals, investors, owners, developers, and stakeholders are expected to attend.
