Karen Painter Randall, chair of Connell Foley’s Cyber Security and Data Privacy Group, is a panelist at the 6th Annual ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference titled The New Normal: Law, Technology, and Innovation.” The conference, to be held March 8 – March 10, “focuses on the practical and cutting-edge issues affecting electronic information, information governance, and data analytics. Leading jurists, attorneys, and legal and technological professionals will explore a wide array of eDiscovery issues, examining established precedent and projected new challenges, current and emerging technologies, and everything in between.”
Ms. Randall will serve on a panel discussing “Cybersecurity and Data Incident Response, ” which will work through a table-top breach exercise and discuss critical steps and ethical challenges law firms face in the event of data breach.
