Connell Foley Announces Attorney Promotions

Roseland, New Jersey - February 1, 2018 - Connell Foley LLP is proud to announce that Richard A. Jagen and Steven A. Kroll have been elected Partners of the firm, and Mark A. Forand has been promoted to Of Counsel.

Richard Jagen -- Richard’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and the defense of personal injury, product liability, construction, construction defect, occupational exposure/mass tort, automobile negligence and environmental matters. He works with clients to develop effective and cost-efficient litigation strategies that ultimately help to protect the client’s interests. Richard received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Steven Kroll -- Steven works with businesses regarding the ever-evolving issues related to cybersecurity and data protection, including the creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures, cyber breach notification, regulatory response and litigation, as well as employee awareness training. Steve also handles complex malpractice litigation for a wide range of professionals and businesses. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers−Newark School of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Montclair State University.

Mark Forand -- Mark is an experienced corporate attorney practicing in the areas of commercial and business law, mergers and acquisitions, banking law and real estate. With a background as a commercial litigator, he applies a critical eye in advising businesses across their full life cycle ─ from formation to organization, operation, sale and dissolution. Mark received his J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.
