Connell Foley LLP is proud to announce the firm's rankings in the 2019 Chambers USA Guide, one of the most respected rankings of lawyers and law firms in the country.

This year, Connell Foley is recognized in three practice areas: Environment, Litigation: Insurance, and Real Estate. We are also pleased to congratulate partners Kevin Coakley (Real Estate) and Jonathan McHenry (Litigation: Insurance), who have also once again been ranked by Chambers in their respective practice areas. 

Connell Foley's 2019 Chambers USA rankings are as follows:

Litigation: Insurance (Band 2). According to Chambers, the team is known as a: "[s]killful outfit acting on behalf of insurers in coverage and subrogation disputes, regularly selected to represent clients in many large and high-profile cases. Boasts an impressive number of civil trial attorneys in its ranks. Possesses experience covering environmental insurance litigation, mass and toxic torts, and product liability matters."  

Real Estate (Band 3).  As noted by Chambers, Connell Foley's real estate group is reconized as a "[f]lourishing practice which offers a wide range of real estate services, with expertise in transactional, development and financing matters. Frequently involved in high-profile residential and commercial projects throughout the state. Also has notable expertise in land use and related environmental concerns." 

Environment (Recognised Practitioner). Connell Foley is extremely pleased to announce that the firm's Environmental practice is newly included in the Chambers USA Guide in 2019.

Kevin Coakley - Real Estate (Band 2).  According to Chambers, Kevin "has vast experience acting on a spectrum of real estate matters. His well-established practice encompasses leasing, zoning and land use matters. He regularly advises clients on significant redevelopment projects, including retail space, hotels and casinos."

Jonathan McHenry - Litigation: Insurance (Band 3). According to Chambers, Jon "is recognized for his strong insurance coverage practice, which includes an impressive array of claims. He offers experience in high-value disputes involving issues such as environmental coverage, product liability and asbestos liability."
