Tim Corriston Named to "Top 100" in New Jersey Super Lawyers

Connell Foley is proud to announce that Tim Corriston, a partner in the firm's Environmental Law Group, was recently named to the "Top 100" list in the 2018 edition of New Jersey Super Lawyers. Tim joins 38 other Connell Foley attorneys who were selected for inclusion in this year's New Jersey Super Lawyers.

Each year, "Super Lawyers"recognizes the top lawyers in New Jersey via a patented multiphase selection process involving peer nomination, independent research and peer evaluation. The New Jersey lawyers who receive the highest point totals during this selection process are further recognized in New Jersey Super Lawyers "Top 100" list.

Tim represents insurance carriers, municipalities, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals in a broad array of environmental and complex commercial matters. He has a strong track record handling CERCA, Spill Act, mass torts, subrogation, product liability, land use and commercial disputes in the state and federal courts. Tim frequently defends and prosecutes private action claims involving environmental and related property damages. He also defends businesses against personal injury claims of liability for exposure to and damages from environmental agents such asbestos, lead and others. Tim's extensive experience includes litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as representing clients in various alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediations and arbitrations.

Tim received his B. A. from Hobart College and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. In addition, he earned an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law. Tim is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Southern District of New York, and before the United States Supreme Court.
