Connell Foley is proud to announce that attorneys Samantha Diorio, Christopher Henschel, Michael Rolek and Alexa Salcito have been accepted as 2022-2023 Fellows of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Leadership Academy. The firm is especially proud to note that no other firm or organization has as many attorneys in this year's Academy class as does Connell Foley. Connell Foley Associates Selected for NJSBA 2022-2023 Leadership Academy

The Academy offers attorneys with at least five years of experience an opportunity for intensive learning, career planning, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities essential to leadership: in the bar, in the workplace, and in the community. The NJSBA stated that the 2022–2023 class of Leadership Academy fellows “is an accomplished assemblage of attorneys—spanning diverse practice areas in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.”

Fellows will participate in a year-long program focused on leadership development training that covers such topics as communication skills, the legislative process, public-sector law, issues confronting the profession, diversity, equity and inclusion, the New Jersey business landscape, and more. The class is expected to graduate in May 2023 at the NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City.
