Leo J. Hurley Jr. brings decades of courtroom experience to high-stakes civil and criminal matters nationwide. His practice spans business disputes, minority shareholder litigation, fiduciary matters, securities cases and government investigations involving fraud, money laundering and political corruption. He also counsels financial institutions, private equity firms and commercial lenders on asset recovery, loan workouts and financial transactions.
As co-chair of Connell Foley's Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a leader in the firm's Jersey City office, Hurley has overseen substantial office growth while steering the litigation team to finalist recognition for General Litigation Department of the Year at the 2025 New Jersey Legal Awards. The American College of Trial Lawyers recently inducted him into its invitation-only fellowship.
Elnardo J. Webster II has built his reputation at the intersection of law, business, real estate and government relations. He has represented clients before nearly every major state and federal regulatory body, including the Department of Health, Casino Control Commission, Department of Insurance, Economic Development Authority, Board of Public Utilities, Department of Transportation, Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Webster served as lead attorney in structuring a $2 billion public-private partnership between Jersey City, the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority and United Water, a deal that delivers water to more than one million New Jersey residents daily. He has also guided the development of more than 5,000 affordable housing units throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.
Webster currently serves on Governor Mikie Sherrill's transition team, advising on policy and personnel decisions as the new administration takes shape.
