Molly Kellett Named to 2020 "New Leaders of the Bar"

Connell Foley LLP is pleased to announce that firm partner Molly Kellett was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of this year's "New Leaders of the Bar." This annual listing recognizes New Jersey's top attorneys under the age of 40 "who bring both notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table."

Molly is an experienced litigator who has handled cases across a number of substantive areas, including construction, employment, land use, business disputes, product liability, professional negligence and legal malpractice. In addition to independently managing the day-to-day activities of large, complex commercial litigation matters, she has handled negotiations, counseling and disputes for significant projects in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, including construction and development projects, and oil and gas pipelines. On the employment side, Molly counsels employers on matters ranging from the defense of discrimination claims to enforcement of restrictive covenants, in federal and state courts and before the EEOC, and on internal investigations. In her spare time, Molly serves as a mentor to young associates and is a member of her town's Planning Board.
