Barnett to be a Featured Speaker at NJBIA’s Environmental Compliance Seminar (November 2006)

On Wednesday, November 15, 2006, counsel Steve Barnett will present at the New Jersey Business and Industry Environmental Compliance seminar. The seminar is intended to provide detailed information about the essential elements of environmental compliance for New Jersey businesses.

The seminar will address various environmental issues including: chemicals (prevention, storage tanks, substance control acts, pesticide control, etc.), waste (sanitary and solid waste, hazardous waste, and universal waste), water (water quality and water supply program), air (clean air act, etc.), NJ site remediation program, land use programs, area-specific programs, noise, radiation, and historic property.

Designed for business owners, the seminar will provide business owners with the basic steps necessary to comply with requirements set by the DEP.

The seminar will be held in Monroe Township, at the Forsgate Country Club from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.  For more information regarding this event, please view the flyer.
