ROSELAND, N.J./June 12, 2007 -- Brian G. Steller will speak at the Insurance Council of New Jersey’s 9th Annual Symposium on Friday, June 15, 2007. The Symposium will be held at the Sheraton at Woodbridge Place in Iselin, New Jersey.
Mr. Steller will discuss developments in first party bad faith litigation claims. In addition to his extensive appellate experience involving insurance law and insurance coverage issues, Mr. Steller has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on four occasions. He has also spoken nationally and internationally on primary and excess insurance coverage.
The ICNJ symposium is an annual event attended by hundreds of members of New Jersey’s property and casualty insurance industry. The symposium is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m.
