Michael McBride, managing partner of Connell Foley, was quoted extensively in a related article that examined the growth of New Jersey law firms in the national ranking.  Connell Foley ranked 8th among New Jersey-based firms that made the list, and showed the greatest percentage increase in the number of attorneys from the previous year.  As the article noted, “McBride suggested that Connell Foley is benefiting from forward-looking decisions such as making changes to its executive committee, putting more women in leadership positions, creating more opportunities for younger attorneys and staking out new areas for business, which has included establishing a strong local presence in fast-growing Jersey City. The Roseland-based firm officially opened its first Jersey City office in 2002 and currently has six locations total, including an office in Manhattan.”
