Neil V. Mody is scheduled to present on “Recent Trends in First & Third Party Bad Faith Litigation” at the 2014 PLRB Annual Claims Conference scheduled for March 16-20, 2014 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The interactive panel discussions will focus on emerging insurance coverage and bad faith topics with particular emphasis on novel issues arising from Superstorm Sandy and similar catastrophic weather-related events. More than 6,000 insurance industry professionals are expected to attend the conference.
Mody focuses his legal practice on representing insurers in coverage matters, including property, casualty, professional, and specialty lines. He has extensive experience with insurance coverage litigation and currently serves as lead trial counsel to a number of major insurers in approximately 70 lawsuits venued in New Jersey and New York arising from Superstorm Sandy.
