Ms. Critchley will present on: “Developing a Successful Trial Strategy,” examining the key elements of a strong case, how to assess a case’s weak points, and appellate issues that should be addressed; and “Federal Trial: What You Didn’t Learn in Law School,” which will cover local rules, final pretrial order, bench vs. jury trials and trial logistics.

Mr. Judge will likewise provide two presentations: "Recent Amendments to the Federal Rules of Evidence and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Ethical Issues Addressed in Recent ABA Opinions and Resolutions," which will examine ethics cannons and recent ABA opinions, conflicts of interest, appropriate client communications and protecting confidentiality.
