ROSELAND, N.J./March 9, 2012 -- Jason E. Marx, Of Counsel, applied his special knowledge in the areas of taxation and estate planning during a continuing legal education session, “25 Techniques to Use New or Existing Life Insurance Policies to Address the Client’s Estate Planning Goals.”

Presented by Marx through the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, a division of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the program offered an opportunity for new and seasoned attorneys to gain practical insight on positioning clients’ life insurance policies for maximum benefit.

Marx is an accomplished attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, special needs planning, probate and trust litigation, tax, and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and business succession planning. He holds a master’s in law degree (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law. He is frequently sought out for his experience by fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts. Marx has represented clients before tax authorities on both the state and federal level in connection with the auditing of tax returns both for individuals filing personal income tax and gift tax returns and for estates filing estate tax returns.

Marx is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex Bar Association.
