John Cromie Moderates Panel at CIANJ's Financial Decision Makers Council Roundtable

ROSELAND, NJ (September 18, 2012) - Partner John D. Cromie chaired a roundtable discussion at Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) Financial Decision Makers Council "Your Business is Successful, Now What?” held on September 19, 2012 at the Pines Minor, Edison, NJ.

This roundtable discussion focused on business strategies of M&A, IPO’s, Succession Planning and Strategic Alliance. Speakers provided insight on how to use these strategies to further advance a successful business.

Cromie concentrates his practice and has over 20 years experience primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate/business law, mergers and acquisition, and banking law. He is the chair of the firm’s Corporate Law and Transactions Practice Group. Cromie counsels a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 public companies to privately owned mid-cap enterprises and start-up ventures. He is outside General Counsel to numerous companies in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, specialty chemical, and medical.
