Kenny to Lecture on Insurance Litigation at the New Jersey Judicial College

ROSELAND, N.J./October 16, 2007 -- George J. Kenny will present a lecture at the New Jersey Judicial College on November 19, 2007. Mr. Kenny will discuss all aspects of insurance litigation in his presentation to an audience of judges.

Mr. Kenny was invited to present by the Hon. Mary Catherine Cuff, a Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey and Chair of the Judicial Education Committee.  

Mr. Kenny, a member of several of the firm’s practice groups, including Insurance Coverage, Insurance Defense, and Product Liability and Tort Law, is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers University School of Law in Newark. He has also served as a member of the editorial board of the New Jersey Law Journal for several years. He is the co-author of the standard insurance text, New Jersey Insurance Law, first published in 1993 with a second edition published in 2000.
