Kevin Coakley Named to 2015 Chambers USA Guide

Connell Foley LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin J. Coakley, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Group, has been named to the 2015 Chambers USA Guide. Mr. Coakley, who was first ranked in Chambers USA in 2009, is identified as one of the leading attorneys in the area of Real Estate in New Jersey. 

The Chambers USA Guide is widely recognized as one of the most respected rankings of lawyers and law firms.  According to Chambers and Partners, publishers of the annual guide, they strive to “identify and rank the world’s best lawyers and law firms based on in-depth, objective research.” This involves thousands of interviews with clients and practicing attorneys across the globe.

In the 2015 Chambers USA Guide, it is noted that “Clients appreciate that ‘land use specialist’ Kevin Coakley of Connell Foley LLP ‘has great contacts at many agency levels and a great understanding of the approval process.’ He is very well versed in advising on statewide development projects.”

As a senior member of Connell Foley’s Real Estate and Land Use department, Mr. Coakley focuses his practice on development projects throughout the state of New Jersey. During a career that has spanned more than 35 years, he has developed extensive experience with real estate transactions, zoning, permitting, condemnation, wetlands and tidelands matters. He is also a member of the firm’s Environmental Law Group and his practice has involved numerous NJDEP land use permit matters.
