Michael X. McBride was featured in the January 2016 issue of COMMERCE Magazine in a section entitled “Construction & Real Estate Clients Often Require Vigorous Advocacy,” which looked at the ways in which law firms assist construction and real estate companies in a range of complicated issues that are common for these key industries. Mr. McBride provided a case study in which Connell Foley resolved a major construction defect issue for an international organization dedicated to providing food, shelter and crisis care to homeless and runaway youth.
