McCarthy Discusses Issue of Medical Expenses as Damages

Owen McCarthy, a litigation partner at Connell Foley LLP, is a featured speaker at the June 9, 2016 joint presentation of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association on "Handling Medical Expenses as an Element of Damages at Trial." This Civil Practice Dinner CLE Seminar will provide a detailed discussion on issues such as: limited policies; proving what is reasonable, necessary and casually related; determining who is qualified to say what is reasonable; fee schedules and medical expenses over PIP; enforceable liens; and ERISA and workers' compensation.  Joining Mr. McCarthy in this presentation are the Hon.
