Neil V. Mody delivered a panel presentation on the topic of Insurance Coverage Trends for Construction Defect Claims at the April 2013 USLAW Spring Client Conference in Tucson, Arizona.

The discussion focused on legal developments and emerging trends in construction defect coverage litigation, including: recent legislation and litigation concerning fortuitous loss and damage; strategies for complex contractual liability and additional insured disputes; and Mody's Coverage Formula to systematically evaluate whether coverage exists for various types of exposures.

Neil focuses his legal practice on representing insurance industry clients in complex litigated coverage disputes arising from a wide range of insurance contracts, including property, marine, liability, excess, professional risk, reinsurance, and specialty insurance policies.  He is a partner in the Firm's insurance coverage practice group and an editor of its monthly publication, Insurance Coverage Update.
