Orlando and Norcia Co-author “Classified: Young Adults on Parents’ Insurance Still Entitled to HIPAA Protection” for New Jersey Law Journal

Christine Orlando, a partner in Connell Foley’s Health Care and ERISA Litigation Group, and Robert J. Norcia, an associate in the Group, authored the article “Classified: Young Adults on Parents’ Insurance Still Entitled to HIPAA Protection” for the November 14, 2016 issue of the New Jersey Law Journal.  The article discusses privacy issues relating to protected health information as a result of children being permitted to remain on parents’ health insurance plans until age 26 under the Affordable Care Act.
