Randall Leads Discussion on Legal Project Management at the ABA National Legal Malpractice Conference

Karen Painter Randall, co-chair of Connell Foley’s Professional Liability and Cyber Security & Data Privacy Groups and member of the ABA Standing Committee for Lawyers’ Professional Liability, is the moderator for a panel on “Legal Project Management: A Simple Concept Based on Common Sense,” which will be presented at the ABA Spring 2016 National Legal Malpractice Conference.  The conference, which runs from April 27-29 at The Roosevelt New Orleans Waldorf Astoria, will cover a wide range of lawyers professional liability topics, including insurance, privileges and conflicts, ethics, advocacy and others.  Ms. Randall’s panel will review the benefits that firms can offer clients through the use of legal project management (LPM).  She will be joined in the discussion by David R. Dwares, Vice President, Specialty Strategic Claims, CNA; Peter Hitson, Director of Legal Process Innovation, Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP; and Pam Woldow, Principal, Legal Leadership LLC.  For more information on the conference and programs, please see the ABA website.
