Randall Moderates AIPLA Webinar on Procuring Insurance for IP Claims

ROSELAND, N.J./March 3, 2009 -- Connell Foley Partner Karen Painter Randall moderated a Webinar with more than 50 online locations for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) on February 4, 2009, from 12:30 to 2 p.m., on the topic “Advising Clients on Procuring and Using Insurance to Address Intellectual Property Law Suits.” The panelists with David Gauntlett, of Gauntlett & Associates, Irvine, CA, and Kimberly Cauthorn, Director - North America, Samian Underwriting Agencies Ltd., Houston, TX. Noel D. Humphreys, Of Counsel to Connell Foley, served as the Program Coordinator and is a member of the Online Programs Committee of the AIPLA.

Ms. Randall, a Certified Civil Trail Attorney, serves as Chair of Connell Foley’s Class Action Defense practice group and as Co-Chair of the Professional Liability practice group. She is also a member of the firm’s Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
