Scuderi Joins Connell Foley

ROSELAND, N.J./April 1, 2008 -- Thomas M. Scuderi, an experienced and respected transactional lawyer, has recently joined Connell Foley as Counsel and will practice in the areas of Banking Law and Finance, Corporate and Business Law, and Real Estate and Land Use.

Mr. Scuderi has represented many commercial lending institutions in a variety of transactions, including permanent loans, construction and development loans, asset-based loan facilities, loan restructuring, and workouts. He also has experience with debtor-in-possession financing and securitized loans, including defeasance refinances.

Mr. Scuderi regularly counsels business entities, medical practices, and individuals in a wide array of sophisticated transactional matters, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, contract drafting, and corporate transactions. Additionally, he has represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in numerous bankruptcy-related matters. Mr. Scuderi is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York.
