Agnes Antonian, chair of Connell Foley’s Environmental Law Group, was quoted in the Law360 article "Missing Rules Tee Up Litigation Debacle in NJ Pollution Blitz," published on May 9, 2019. The article examines what companies should do to protect themselves from natural resource damage (NRD) actions filed by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), in light of the fact there are no formal rules for pricing the cost of restoring natural resources.

Agnes points out that companies need to hire outside professionals to identify natural resources on their property and states "It would be very important to hire a technical consultant to really assess the potential nature of your exposure and try to come up with creative solutions."
