Ryan Benson, an Associate in Connell Foley's Environmental Law Group, and Agnes Antonian, Chair of the Group, are featured in the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) article "Permit Extension Act in Effect During Pandemic Emergency." The article highlights the Connell Foley blog post "Governor Signs Permit Extension Bill into Law," which Ryan authored.
NJBIA writes that the new law will remain in force until after the COVID-19 public health emergency has ended; however, as noted, in some instances the law is unclear, particularly with regard to how long after the emergency the extensions will last.
