Humphreys were quoted in New Jersey Business & Industry Association's (NJBIA) New Jersey Business Today in an article titled "Reminder: Use the New Form I-9 to Ensure Compliance." The article draws from Connell Foley's blog post of the same name.
As Mike and Scott note, the new Form I-9 "applies to all employers in the United States and must be completed for each new employee hired. Employers must now use the new Form I-9 as compliance becomes mandatory after April 30, 2020."
