John Cromie, chair of Connell Foley’s Corporate and Business Law Group, and Mark Forand, of counsel in the Group, recently authored the article “Blockchain Technology and the Acceleration of Change” for the Spring/Summer 2018 issue of USLAW Magazine. In the article, John and Mark describe not only the fundamental technology behind blockchain, but also the myriad ways this evolving technology may reinvent how commercial transactions are negotiated, completed and recorded.
