Noel Humphreys, Of Counsel in the firm's Corporate and Business Law Group, authored the article "Recent Decisions Inform Conversations About Confidentiality Agreements" for the New Jersey State Bar Association's August 2018 issue of the Business Law Section Newsletter. The article is a short examination of recent cases on enforcement of trade secret rights, specifically looking at the importance of the meaning of “trade secret” in connection with how counsel goes about trying to prevent disclosure of what the plaintiff claims are trade secrets.
