Robert Scheinbaum and Philip Allogramento of Connell Foley's Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Commercial Law Group recently co-authored the article "Commercial Property Leases in Bankruptcy: Common Landlord and Tenant Issues."

The article, published February 14, 2022, in the New Jersey Law Journal (NJLJ), examines the "what ifs" and "how-tos" when a commercial tenant or landlord files for bankruptcy protection as a result of the significant changes to the real estate industry, caused by online retailing, the COVID-19 pandemic, the growth in work-from-home options for employees and employers, etc.
