Karen Painter Randall was quoted in the February 2016 issue of Claims Management magazine, the monthly publication of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).  Ms. Randall, co-chair of Connell Foley’s Cyber Security and Data Privacy and Professional Liability Groups, was asked for her thoughts on how technology will impact the insurance industry over the next five years. She was quoted as saying “The ‘Internet of Things’ is the product of increasing connectivity of corporate computing infrastructures, industrial machinery, and electronic consumer devices. This tech evolution will create new cyber threats for businesses, which will need to be managed through a combination of robust cyber security measures and cyber liability insurance.”
