Overview

Amanda is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Real Estate practice groups. She represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and general corporate advisory work. She is committed to providing responsive legal counsel helping clients navigate complex business transactions and achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.

Amanda has developed substantial experience advising clients on both buyer-side and seller-side transactions. Her M&A practice encompasses due diligence coordination, transaction structuring, contract drafting, and closing coordination for deals across various industries and transaction sizes.

In her real estate practice, Amanda assists clients with commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, lease negotiations for both landlords and tenants, and real estate development matters.

Amanda also provides general corporate counsel to emerging and established businesses on matters including corporate governance, contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and strategic business planning. She works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide practical legal solutions that support their commercial goals.

Amanda received both her law degree and undergraduate degree from Notre Dame and is a proud Double Domer. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable work experience advising clients through Notre Dame Law School’s Business Development Clinic. Amanda also worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Nina C. Remson and served as Managing Articles Editor for the Journal of Legislation, Vol. 50.
