Print PDF

Two members of Connell Foley LLP’s Corporate and Business Law Practice Group recently represented the full service commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson in its acquisition of two other regional real estate powerhouses.

John Cromie, co-chair of Connell Foley’s Corporate and Business Law Group, and Amanda Kelly provided legal services in connection with NAI James E. Hanson’s acquisition of The Garibaldi Group and NAI Summit, resulting in a 100-member team that will collectively manage more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate space.

William C. Hanson, who will now serve as president of the three companies, has stated he expects the acquisition to “strengthen [NAI James E. Hanson’s] geographic reach across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, deepen our presence and reinforce our expertise in important asset classes.” He has also stated that he intends to leverage the companies’ “combined strengths to deliver an unmatched level of service to our clients.”
