Overview

Justin Vogel is a Partner at Connell Foley with extensive litigation experience, specializing in cases involving catastrophic loss, emergency response, product liability, and class actions.  Justin skillfully manages all aspects of litigation across state, federal, and appellate courts in New Jersey and New York. His practice encompasses a wide range of claims, including general and transportation liability, as well as warranty and contract disputes.  He also prosecutes breach of franchise agreements and trademark infringement matters.

Justin is highly adept at conducting emergency response investigations, developing pre-suit litigation strategies, and overseeing catastrophic loss cases from inception through trial.  As a graduate of the IADC Trial Academy, he is committed to providing strategic litigation analysis and preparing cases thoroughly for trial.  Justin’s practice also includes appellate work in state and federal courts, having briefed and argued cases at the appellate level, and drafted submissions to the United States Supreme Court and Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey.
