Justine Martolano is an associate focusing her practice on on products liability, construction and related litigation. She has experience drafting and responding to pleadings, motions and briefs, attending court conferences and defending depositions.
Most recently she was an associate with Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney in New York, and prior to that she was an associate with McGivney, Kluger & Cook in Florham Park.
Justine received her J.D. in 2017 from Rutgers Law School - Newark, and was managing editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal, a member of the Minority Student Program, and a student attorney with the Entrepreneurship Clinic. She received her B.A. in 2014 from Rutgers - New Brunswick, where she earned Dean’s List and Departmental High Honors, and was an Albert Roberts Scholar.
