Overview

Justine Martolano defends complex litigation matters including products, general liability, catastrophic loss and wrongful death actions. She serves as co-counsel in all facets of litigation, from discovery, depositions and motion practice through trial preparation. Her clients include telecommunications and hospitality industry leaders, among others.

Justine received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School - Newark, where she was managing editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and a student attorney with the Entrepreneurship Clinic.
