Molly Hurley Kellett, a partner in Connell Foley's Professional Liability Group, will present with Rajan Rai, Liability Intelligence Specialist at Digistream, on "The Age of Social Media Investigations."

The 60-minute seminar, which is approved for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits as specified below, will educate attorneys about fascinating trends in social media investigations, privacy and legal issues and concerns, as well as the importance of properly preserving, authenticating and presenting evidence in court.  Also, the dynamic between social media monitoring and surveillance will be looked at through a case study involving 16,000 days of surveillance data.  Applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as case law as it pertains to social medial investigations will be covered in depth.
