Connell Foley Chairs 5th Annual Jersey City Summit

For the fifth year in a row, Connell Foley is proud to serve as Chair of The Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment. This annual event, drawing 1,000 attendees in 2019, is the area's largest and most anticipated real estate leadership conference. Featuring the region's leading principals, investors, owners, developers, stakeholders and advisors, as well as prominent city, state and regional officials, the full-day conference takes an in-depth look at the most important real estate trends.

Connell Foley partner and former Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno once again serves as Master of Ceremonies for the Summit. Nevins McCann, Co-chair of Connell Foley's Real Estate and Land Use Group, has the honor of introducing both Governor Phil Murphy as well as Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop as they each give their respective remarks. Nevins also serves as moderator for the Summit's Office Panel. In addition, Connell Foley Real Estate partner George Garcia participates in the 99 Hudson Roundtable.
