Elnardo Webster: Featured Speaker at 2024 NJ Planning & Redevelopment Conference

Newark-based Real Estate Group Partner Elnardo Webster will participate on a panel titled “Economic Renaissance in NJ: The Power of Mixed-Use Development” at the annual New Jersey Planning and Redevelopment conference convening in person on June 7 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick.

Elnardo’s panel will explore strategies designed to benefit New Jersey's distressed neighborhoods through mixed-use development. The panelists will explain the profound relationship between commercial/business districts and their impact on outlying neighborhoods, and will provide insights into revitalizing underserved communities.

Designed to help attendees reimagine land use to optimize efficiency, promote sustainable growth, and bolster community resilience, the conference will feature a multitude of timely sessions and bring together hundreds of visionary New Jersey professionals, elected officials, and community activists who share a passion for and a commitment to the Garden State.

The panels that take place on June 5 – 6 will convene virtually.

The conference has been approved for American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification Maintenance (CM) credits, including mandatory topic credits for select sessions (Law, Equity, Sustainability & Resilience, and Ethics).

Individual sessions have also been approved for NJ Continuing Legal Education Credits, Professional Engineers (CPC) Credits, Certified Floodplain Managers Continuing Educations Credits, and Green Business Certification Inc. Continuing Education Credits.
