Bryan & O’Hara Collaborate on Trial Advocacy Institute Presentation on Jury Selection & Trial Themes

Connell Foley litigation Partners Catherine Bryan and Jeffrey O'Hara have partnered to coordinate a panel presentation entitled “Jury Selection & Trial Themes - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly” for the Trial Advocacy Institute. The Institute is a two-day virtual event hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) in cooperation with the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). Jeffrey will moderate a panel of accomplished ACTL Fellows from both sides of the civil aisle and a nationally renowned jury consultant on July 17 at 12:30 pm.

Designed for trial attorneys and general practitioners interested in sharpening their trial techniques, the Institute will provide instruction in six key aspects of trial practice: Opening Statements, Direct Examination of Lay Witnesses, Cross-Examination of Lay Witnesses, Direct Examination of Expert Witnesses, Cross Examination of Expert Witnesses, and Summation.
