A trio of Connell Foley partners are presenting at the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey (CCSNJ) program "Complying with New Equal Pay & Paid Sick Leave Mandates" on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
The Honorable Kim Guadagno, moderator of the program, will be joined by Michael Shadiack, chair of Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Group, and Marianne Tolomeo, a partner in the Group, as well as Judy Sailer, HR Specialist at Primepoint HRMS & Payroll.
The program will examine the New Jersey Equal Pay Law (effective July 1, 2018) and the New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Law (effective October 29, 2018), which are both expected to impact nearly every employer in the state. Our panelists will provide a practical breakdown of the laws, and provide best practices for managing and complying with the new mandates.
