Neil S. Dornbaum and Kathleen Peregoy, Co-chairs of the Immigration and Global Mobility practice at Connell Foley LLP, are presenting at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) Advanced Corporate Immigration Conference webinar, "What I Wish I Knew or that Someone Had Told Me!" Neil serves as the program moderator and Kathleen is presenting on the "Department of Labor" session.

Each year this conference explores in-depth areas of immigration practice that have undergone critical changes. This year’s program features accomplished attorneys who will share their insights on how to cope with today’s challenging immigration environment and how to confront difficult scenarios that continue to frustrate even the most experienced attorneys. The program will present the best ways to navigate governmental agencies such as USDHS, DOS and DOL to resolve problem cases, and explore the forces shaping the future practice of immigration law.
