Each year this conference explores in-depth areas of immigration practice that have undergone critical changes. This year’s program features accomplished attorneys who will share their insights on how to cope with today’s challenging immigration environment and how to confront difficult scenarios that continue to frustrate even the most experienced attorneys. The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) was created in 1962 to help lawyers and judges increase their general professional competence, keep abreast of developments in the law, and become more proficient in selected areas of practice.
