"We are thrilled to welcome Rich and Steve to the firm," said Connell Foley Managing Partner Philip F. They will be invaluable assets to the firm and our clients."

An authority in the areas of eminent domain law, redevelopment and property tax appeals, Rich DeAngelis is a highly regarded real estate practitioner with a long history of successfully prosecuting commercial tax appeals in New Jersey. He will be based in Connell Foley's Jersey City office.

Prior to joining Connell Foley, Steve Weinstein was General Counsel and Executive Vice President for Government Relations for Rowan University, which he helped transform into one of the fastest growing public research universities in the country. Drawing upon his extensive government relations experience, Steve regularly advocates with a wide range of state- and federal-level government agencies. He also has three decades of private practice experience as a litigator and advisor to private and public clients involved in local and state government law, real estate redevelopment, and municipal finance law. Steve will practice in the firm's Cherry Hill office.
