Connell Foley LLP is pleased to announce that Judge Eugene J. Codey Jr. (P.J. CV, Retired), of counsel in Connell Foley’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Group, has been recognized in the Individual Mediator/Arbitrator category in the New Jersey Law Journal’s “Best of 2022” survey.

The New Jersey Law Journal’s “Best Of” was developed to help lawyers identify the best legal products and service providers available. The survey polls several dozen categories for lawyers and firm administrators on several areas critical to practicing law.

Judge Codey, who leads the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Group, focuses his practice on resolving commercial and other disputes. He previously received the highest ranking in overall competence in the 2011 New Jersey Law Journal’s survey of lawyers’ evaluations of 350 New Jersey trial court judges. His ranking marked the first time since the Law Journal began publishing judicial surveys in 1989, that a civil presiding judge led the statewide ranking of judges.
