Karen Randall Presents at NJSBA Cybersecurity Institute

Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group and Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, is a featured speaker at the inaugural NJSBA Cybersecurity Institute program "Practical Cybersecurity Risk Management Strategies for Solos, Law Firms, In-House Counsel and Government Attorneys." This full-day program will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick on Friday, November 17.

Karen, who was instrumental in forming the NJSBA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, will kick off the program by interviewing David Weinstein, Chief Technology Officer for the State of New Jersey and Karen's Co-Chair on the Task Force. Karen will also present on the plenary session titled "Handling a Data Breach from the Beginning to End" as well as the discussion on "Navigating the Wire Transfer Fraud Minefield."
